HOME : ABOUT US
Wesleyan Potters, Inc. is a non-profit cooperative guild founded in 1948 to promote the learning and development of skills in crafts.
Classes are held year-round with lectures, exhibits, demonstrations and films scheduled as special events with visiting craftsmen conducting workshops and artists' critiques. Qualified teachers give classes in our well equipped studios.
Class size is limited to permit individual attention from the instructor. The Wesleyan Potters admit students of any race, color and national or ethnic origin on a first come, first served basis. Registration dates are noted on the registration form.
Visitors are welcome by appointment made in advance by phoning the Pottery at (860) 347-5925. The program of the Potters is supported in part by the Connecticut Commission on Culture and Tourism.
