We are pleased to announce our Gallery Shop is open now through Christmas Eve!  We have increased your time to shop while we maintain social distancing and safety for all our patrons. Shop early and shop safely while you beat the holiday crowds and icy weather.

Our holiday marketplace is your one stop shop for gift giving, offering first quality, juried crafts by our talented co-op members, instructors, staff and invited artists. As always, art lovers will find stylish jewelry, home-enhancing pottery, cozy handmade hats and scarves, beautiful cards, face masks and gifts for teachers and other essential workers, handmade toys, ornaments and candles to celebrate the season, and more.

The Wesleyan Potters Gallery Shop will run regular hours now through Sunday, November 8. The shop will then close as we revamp for the Annual Sale. Friday, November 20 we will reopen and change to our holiday hours which will go through Thursday, December 24. The shop will be open for customers Wednesdays through Fridays 10 am – 5 pm, Saturdays 12 pm -- 6 pm, and Sundays noon to 4pm. Mondays and Tuesdays will be by appointment only for those with health and safety concerns.

You also may visit our new online Etsy shop which is found at WesleyanPottersCT, (https://www.etsy.com/shop/WesleyanPottersCT) featuring a selection of items from our shop.

We have taken precautionary measures as mandated by the State of CT to ensure your safety while shopping.  All visitors must wear masks, and the shopping space has been reoriented to preserve social distancing. We are maintaining customer capacity limits as defined by state guidelines so shoppers may have to wait before entering our shop, but we promise, it will be worth it!

Our non-profit relies on our patrons for vital support in the same way that we all patronize our favorite restaurants and locally owned businesses. The Gallery Shop is a shoppers’ paradise, and the Annual Sale is our organization's largest fundraiser and a vital source of income for our artists. For the past 72 years, Wesleyan Potters’ non-profit has been offering top-notch affordable arts education through classes, workshops, and gallery exhibits featuring both local and internationally known craftspeople. The proceeds from the Annual Sale directly support these programs.

We invite you to peruse our many offerings of high-quality handmade goods and to find those pieces that will bring you joy and comfort during these times. We look forward to sharing these special moments with you during our 65th Annual Sale.

Wesleyan Potters, a nonprofit cooperative guild, offers year-round classes in jewelry, pottery, weaving, and sewing for both children and adults and maintains a year-round Gallery Shop. Wesleyan Potters is funded in part by the Dept. of Economic and Community Development, Connecticut Office of the Arts, which receives funding from the National Endowment for the Arts.
