Spring Sale Vendor Registration

Wesleyan Potters will be hosting our annual Spring Sale on Mother's Day weekend, Saturday May 11, 2024. Key Members, Staff, Faculty, and current students are encouraged to register for a table and share their artwork with the community. 

Registration Dates:

  • Key Member, Faculty and Staff: Saturday, April 6th, 12:00pm - 2:00pm
  • Current Students: Saturday, April 13, 12:00pm - 2:00pm

Please bring completed form, with full payment in cash or check form, to registration tables on appropriate sign-up date. Registration forms will not be accepted prior to the dates listed above. Contact Melody Wnuk with any questions or concerns: 860.977.1529 or


2024 Fees: 

  • 8' table rental: $55
  • Full 8' space with your own table: $45

Volunteers Needed:

Volunteers are needed the day of the sale as well as before and after to setup/cleanup. If you are able to help, please sign-up through our digital system: Volunteer sign-up

  • Only crafts taught at the Pottery may be exhibited.
  • Space availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Exhibitors are expected to staff their table at all times.
  • Exhibitors may only rent one space. If desired, exhibitors may share a single table and split the cost.
  • If a student does not have their own Tax ID they can use Wesleyan Potters sales tax permit; taxes must be paid in full at the end of the day. Further details will be provided upon registration.
  • Upon registration, Members, Staff and Faculty must provide a valid copy of a CT Dept. of Revenue Services Sales Tax Permit. Connecticut DRS/Sales-Tax/Tax-Information
  • This event is rain or shine! In the event of rain, tables will be set up inside.
  • Table set up is between 8:00 - 10:00 am. Please be aware that after setting up, you may not park on-site.
