Megan Mangum

Weaver, PotterMember Since 2016

I work with both clay and fiber and sometimes both (paperclay). I am a weaver and relish the endless possibilities of patterns, colors, and forms. My ceramic work is primarily sculptural. Most recently, I’ve been making towers — experimenting with color and patterns. I am intrigued where my patrons place the towers and enjoy that it allows them to be involved in the artistic process. I earn my living as a graphic designer. I have a BFA from Nova Scotia College of Art and Design and a MFA in Design from the School of Visual Arts in New York.
