I started pottery for stress relief and to spend time with a close friend. I was amazed at how difficult it was! But, I persevered and fell in love with it. I was amazed and encouraged by the talent I saw at Wesleyan Potters!

I am inspired by looking at things in nature. I cannot be rushed when I am making pieces. Working on the wheel is my favorite part of making pots. I appreciate and enjoy functional pieces and especially love making mugs and bowls. I like how they feel when you hold them in your hands. I am happy to make things for friends and family.
