I have been a potter since 1972 when a group of us started a pottery studio at Oberlin College. I’ve enjoyed many crafts but working with clay has always been my favorite. I have taken classes at Wesleyan Potters for 35 years. I’m delighted to have recently joined as a key member.

As a young child I drew pictures in mud and still delight in drawing on my pots. I tend to use earthier glazes with a matte finish. Many of my pots have been personalized for special occasions. I have made wedding vases and sets of bowls. I look forward to experimenting with new glazes and forms.
